AYLA Integral Missions School
Vision: To see Latin professionals comprehensively equipped as missionaries in order to develop fruitful ministries in God's cross-cultural mission.
Mission: To provide a comprehensive cross-cultural training programme and transformational experience, according to the heart and character of Christ.
Why AYLA?
AYLA is a collaboration between different ministries. It was formed in response to the research carried out by COMIBAM on the Latin American missions’ movement, its strengths and weaknesses. The AYLA team is committed to God's call to provide the church and its missionary candidates with comprehensive preparation.
We offer a Diploma in Integral Cross Cultural Development with an emphasis in English in association with the Global University of Lifelong Learning (GULL) who will recognize the Diploma. The Diploma seeks to integrate work on character development and inner healing, with cross-cultural preparation within a transforming community in a strategic and practical way.
How does it work?
AYLA is based on individual mentoring relationships, which allows for change and transformation at the heart level and not just the intellect. It lasts 6 months from January to July every year. The programme consists of 24 core subjects in 4 study areas that combine the theoretical with the practical. These 4 areas are:

A maximum of 20 students will be accepted to allow personal care for each of them. The Programme is 100% face-to-face.

Although our intake for the whole programme is capped at 20, you can sign up for individual workshops as courses in their own right.
