Fatima has an Undergraduate degree in Economics from the Universidad Autónoma Gabriel René Moreno, and a Master’s degree Social Management from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, with a thesis focused on the analysis of the organizational culture of civil associations.

She has 18 years of experience in the management and administration of social programs linked to economic development, social and human capital. She is currently a Counsellor and Local Director of El Alfarero in Santa Cruz.
